NetConnect is the internal service used by Net•Yield to interface with other external systems, such as the UPS, FedEx, and DHL next day shipping systems.
NetConnect runs as a service. In order to have it poll and interface with other systems on a continuous basis, the Synchronize NetConnect setting in Interface Options must be set to Y (Y=yes) and a user must have a Net•Yieldsession open on the desktop with the NetConnect service running. This session would count towards one of the three sessions that are available to each user.
